- Customers may return products within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as bought, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and receipts.
- Products that show signs of damage, misuse, or alteration may not be accepted.
2. Exchanges
- Product exchanges are allowed within the 15-day return period.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the exchanged item has a price difference, the customer will be required to pay or will be refunded the difference accordingly.
3. Refunds
- Once a returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.
- Refund processing takes between 1 to 7 working days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where applicable.

- All returns must be made in person at our physical store.
- We do not accept courier or mail returns unless otherwise agreed.
5. Shipping & Transport Costs
- Any shipping or transport costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.
